Oysters cooked in oil
High-grade, large oysters from Ise-Shima, Mie prefecture, are seasoned with soy sauce, hon-mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine), and other ingredients to give them a rich flavor.
These oysters are known for effective anti-aging benefits, healthfulness, and luxurious all at the same time. The ample volume is also satisfying. -
Abalone Ajillo
Using a copious amount of abalone from Ise-Shima, Mie prefecture, it is colorfully prepared with bell peppers, eringi mushrooms, and other high-quality ingredients.

2 kinds of Chashu set
Kuni-ichi's Chashu series
Tamari Chashu: Mie's local brand "Sakura pork" is cooked in a special sauce with a unique "Kioke" tamari soy sauce from Isekura, a brewery established in 1914.
Shio-tori Chashu: Ise-Shima's local "Kinso chicken" and Minami-Ise's "Pearl salt" are used exclusively. Pearls and pearl oysters are cooked together and flavored with piquant salt. The full flavor of the ingredients is brought to life, and both go well with a wide variety of foods.

Tamari Chashu (roasted pork fillet with tamari soy sauce)
Using our own traditional techniques, we made the most of Sakura pork and special "Kioke" tamari soy sauce.
The technique of wrapping and tying the pork allows the grease to be evenly distributed and balanced. Because of the method, every slice of Chashu is juicy and tasty. -
Shio-tori Chashu (stewed chicken with special salt)
Kinso chicken from Ise-Shima is stewed in our own blended slat based sauce, which uses "pearl salt" from Minami-Ise Town. A perfect formula that makes the most out of the ingredients. This quality can only be achieved by a craftsmanship that has been handed down over generations in the tsukudani industry.

Preserved "aosa" seaweed boiled in soy
Special "Kioke" tamari soy sauce, slowly prepared over a year and a half, enhances the texture and flavor of aosa.
The sauce is cooked slowly and mildly over an open flame using tamari soy sauce. -
